Where can I buy tickets to Dinosauria?
Tickets are on sale at the Dinosauria entrance, Hyperdino and Wax Cabinet. You can also buy e-tickets here.

How do e-tickets work?
After your e-ticket purchase you’ll receive an email with a link to your tickets. You can either download the ticket to your mobile phone or print it. On the day of your visit bring your ticket to Dinosauria or Wax Museum ticket sale to receive your wristband.

When is the ticket sale open?
Our ticket sale opens as the park opens and closes at park closing time.

How can I avoid the waiting line?
During the holiday season the rush hours are right after opening from 11am to 1pm. Dinosauria ticket sale is the busiest, Hyperdino and the Wax Museum usually have shorter waiting times for ticket sales.

What do you need the Visulahti wristband for?
The wristband gives you access to water/amusement park Dinosauria, Wax Museum, and indoor playground Hyperdino. The wristband needs to be worn for the entire visit.

What is the age limit to enter the park without a supervisor?
Children above the age of 10 who are capable of swimming can enter without an adult. Children below the age of 10 cannot enter the park without a supervisor.

Do I need a wristband if I don’t plan on swimming or or going to the rides?
Every visitor inside the Dinosauria area must have a wristband.

When can I purchase the evening ticket?
You can purchase an evening ticket from 3pm onwards.

Can I bring my own lunch in to the park?
You can bring your own lunch to the park but the restaurant is mainly supposed to be used by the customers. It is strictly prohibited to bring any alcohol into the park area. Glass containers are prohibited in the waterpark area because of the danger of shards. The locations of the grills can be seen on the park map.

Are alcoholic beverages available for purchase?
We sell alcoholic beverages at the Dinogrill, reception, and restaurant Kulkuri.

Can I leave the Dinosauria and return back during my visit?
Wristband allows you to move free in the area.

What kind of swimwear is allowed?
We require swimwear that is designed for swimming. Swimming shorts are allowed. We don’t accept swimwear with zippers, staples, or anything that might scratch the slides. Visulahti isn’t responsible for any broken swimwear.

Can towels or swimwear be rented?
Unfortunately we don’t have towels or swimwear for rent at the park. However, you have the option to purchase one at the souvenir store.

What can you wear to the sauna and do you have to bring a seat cover?
Swimwear is allowed inside the steam sauna in Dinosauria. We have seat covers at the lakeside saunas but using them isn’t required.

Do toddlers have to wear swim diapers?
Toddlers must wear a swim diaper while in the pool. Swim diapers are available for purchase at the Dinosauria store.

Where can I find first aid?
Our main first aid spot is located at the end of the shower/sauna building. However, we also have first aid kits in other locations (Dinogrill, Dinosauria store, race tracks etc.).

Can I bring my own toys / inflatables to the waterpark?
Yes you can.

Can I bring pets in to the park?
Your pets are welcome to the park area of Visulahti but you can’t bring any animals in to the waterpark.

Where is the lost-and-found?
All items found will be delivered to the reception.

How do the lockers work?
We have two types of lockers. Our smaller lockers next to the dressing room work with 0,50€ coins while our larger lockers behind Dinogrill can be opened with 2€ coins.

Where can I stay the night?
You can stay the night in our rentable holiday bungalows, camping cottages, or camping area.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome! However, we do hope that you inform us beforehand for preparation purposes. We charge a one-time fee of 15€ from bungalow and camping cottage visitors who bring pets along.

Where can I park the car?
You can park your car next to your accommodation during your reservation. Visitors without a reserved accommodation may park at the public parking lot.

Can you move freely around the area?
Visitors with accommodation are free to move around the area.

Is early check-in possible?
The possibility of an early check-in depends on our reservations. You can contact the reception prior to your arrival in order to ask for updates from our staff. We may charge an extra fee for early check-ins.

What time is check-out?
Keys need to be returned by 12pm on the last day.

Can you book a camping spot beforehand?
We don’t have preorders for our camping ground spots. We have 200 spots with electricity and 200 without, meaning we have plenty of space.

Is the lakeside sauna available for visitors with accommodation?
The use of our lakeside sauna is free of charge from 7am to 10am for visitors with accommodation. The sauna can also be reserved outside these hours starting at 90€ / 3 hours.
