Observations:

• After you buy an online ticket, you will receive a confirmation email, a receipt, and a link to download your online ticket. NB! Neither the confirmation email nor the receipt grant access to the park, be sure to download the actual ticket(s) in advance. Print the ticket on paper OR display it on your mobile device at ticket sales. A screenshot is not a valid ticket.
• Children 0-2 years free of charge.
• Children under 10 years must be accompanied by an adult.
• The parking area of Visulahti is free
• We accept cash and all major credit cards
• Please notice that lockers work with two euro (2 €) coins. The deposit is returned when you open the locker.
• We do not rent swimsuits or towels. We recommend you to check our Shop, where swimsuits and towels are available.
• The water slides and outdoor pools, kiosks and grill are closed 15 minutes before the park closing time.

Camping Reception

Monday-Saturday 10:00-17:00. Closed on Sundays and national holidays.

The amenities include TV, bed linen, kitchen, shower. Some bungalows have a fire place and sauna.

The bungalows can also take an extra bed costing 12 €.

Available 1 May to 31 August. No winter activity.

Camping cottages are equipped with bunk beds, bedding (excluding bed linen), lighting, heating and a fridge.

Discounts with Camping Key Europe Card:

• 3 € discount/night on the basic fee.
• 10 % discount on camping cottage price/night.
• 10 % discount on family sauna.

Visulahti Saunas are located on the beach of the lake Saimaa. They provide a unique experience for all kind of sauna lovers all year round.

The lakeside sauna includes two departments. Each department includes own fireplace room, dining table, tv, steam room, shower room and toilet. The lakeside sauna includes a kitchenette complete with a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee machine and electric water boiler. Our saunas can fit up to 30 people so they are suitable for families as well as bigger groups. We also deliver food to the sauna. Bath towels for rent from the reception.
