- The location of the ticket offices and the exchange of online tickets for wristbands will take place at the main entrance of Dinosauria, at the Hyperdino indoor amusement park and in the Wax Museum. On the busiest days, we recommend using the ticket counters at Hyperdino or the Wax Cabinet.
- After purchasing your online ticket, you will receive a confirmation message to your email address and a link to download your actual ticket. Note! Email is not a valid ticket, be sure to download all tickets in advance. Print the ticket on paper or show it on your mobile device at the ticket office. A screenshot is not a valid flag.
- The access badge gives you access to the Dinosauria amusement and water park area and all its activities. A wristband is charged for all visitors over 3 years of age.
- 0-2 years free of charge.
- Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
- We accept cash and all major credit cards as payment. Smartum sports vouchers or cultural vouchers are not accepted as a means of payment.
- Group discount of 10% for groups of at least 15 people.
- Visulahti parking is free of charge. Parking in the campsite is prohibited.
- Amusement park equipment, water fountains, saunas, swimming pools, restaurants and kiosks close 15 minutes before park closing time.
- An assistant for a client with individual support needs can access the park free of charge. To prove the need for an assistant, we accept e.g. An EU disability card with an A mark indicating the need for an assistant. In the absence of a disability card, the need for an assistant can be verified by a doctor’s opinion. Free admission for the assistant is conditional on the assistant having paid the admission fee. The assistant must be 18 years of age or older and we accept one assistant per person.
