Lost something during your visit? Please contact us either by filling out the form enclosed or by sending an email to the address [email protected]. Please describe the lost item as specifically as possible (color, size, brand etc.).
Notify Visulahti beforehand when coming to pick up lost items – this way we can bring the items to reception for pick up. Lost items can also be delivered by mail. The mail delivery contains a processing fee of 6€ on top of the regular postal service fee. The fees need to be paid upfront through a link provided by Visulahti. Visulahti isn’t responsible for customers’ properties or any postal service inconvenience.
Lost items are stored until the end of the summer season, after which valuable items are delivered to the police station and the rest is donated to charity.
